Our Custom Jewelry Design Process
Concept Creation & Refinement
In this initial phase, you’ll collaborate closely with a dedicated designer who will take the time to truly understand your vision. If you already have a concept in mind, we’ll help you bring it to life. But we are also happy to help you create a new concept from scratch!
Together, we’ll refine your new concept into a detailed sketch or 3D rendering, ensuring that every nuance of your idea is captured with the utmost care.
Making The Prototype
Once your design is perfected, we move on to crafting a prototype or wax model of your jewelry piece. This step involves techniques like hand-carving, 3D printing, and advanced computer-aided design (CAD) software.
We can even print a sample for you to experience how the piece will feel before moving on to the production stage.
Casting Your New Piece
The casting process begins with the completed wax model. Molten metal is poured into a special mold to create the raw casting of your custom-designed jewelry piece.
Setting Gemstones & Finishing Touches
Following the metalwork, our skilled artisans meticulously set the chosen gemstones or diamonds into your jewelry. Intricate engraving or delicate filigree work is added with precision, ensuring that every element of your custom piece is executed to the highest level of quality and personal care.
